Our trip to Modena was wonderful because of the incredibly welcoming staff. the breakfast was marvellous and we appreciated the classic-style building and our spotless, well-furnished room. the location was fantastic, relatively close to Foro Boario.

The location is good, the staff is nice and free and good internet inside a room and worth for money!

I was read the hotel manual in english, and there are a lot of discrepancies in english and italian language, such as hotel will provide 24 hrs coffee but actually is not (italian language). Safety box - no manual to use it. Anyway, the staff still provide me the coffee since no kettle or coffee / tea provided inside the room. It should be provided since ppl who travel for bussiness trip sure to work until at night. Thx to the nice staff!

The rooms are brand-new and well furnished with satellite television, climate control, and an individual safe. The atmosphere of the hotel is special.

The bathrooms are extremely small.

This place is nice for staying and exploring the area, the family room is fine with a great breakfast and awesome windows, thank you for a really good stay.

Clean place with city views and very pleasant and incredibly welcoming staff. Good area, very central location just off all the restaurants, cathedral and other popular locations, the old town Modena, and the center and the dome of Modena. Really lovely overall experience.

The location was perfect. Just walk outside the door and you are in the heart of the town. Just walk to all the major attractions and always somewhere to eat nearby and the most of the town is pedestrian only. Which is handy the way the Italians drive!

I loved having coffee and tea facilities in the room, that was a nice touch. the spacious bathroom was definitely a bonus. the location was great, with plenty of easily accessible restaurants nearby. I had a wonderful meal at a traditional restaurant just around the corner from here! 🍴

Location location location. Excellent position in the historical centre of town with cafes, shops, morning food market and all the sights of this wonderful city all within a minute or two on foot. Staff were great and spoke English which really helped us.they were also friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good value. Hotel was initially hard to find as our GPS tried to take us down streets we weren't allowed to enter. Recommend parking in the Piazza Roma and walling the 150 metres. You can also get a permit from the hotel that allows you to leave your car in the Piazza for free.

No tea our coffee making facilities in the rom but this is minor relative to the value and location of the hotel. Besides, the staff were good enough to provide a put of hot water whenever we needed it.

Location, quiet rooms, very nice breakfast, good internet Wi-Fi speed, good quality/price ratio.

Would advise system to improve speed of elevator

The rooms were spacious, and it was convenient to have on-site parking in the historical center.
